APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION INTO LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (LASUIS)

Lagos State University International School hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the 2023/2024 academic session in the Post-Primary Education, leading to the Award of Ordinary level (O/L) Certificate of the West African Examination Council (WAEC) and National Examination Council (NECO) Lagos State University International School is located within the Main Campus of the University and established to provide quality Secondary education and high moral standard.

 

 

 

Admission is into:
Junior Secondary School Classes 1,2 and 3
Senior Secondary School Classes 1 and 2

1. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS/ELIGIBILITY:

 

 

 

Admission is open to all candidates who possess primary six (6) leaving school testimonials/certificates
and Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) from recognized Schools. In addition to this, applicants
will be required to sit and pass a qualifying examination.

2. METHOD OF APPLICATION/PAYMENT LINK:

Applicants are required to visit the Head of Administration of the School and make a payment of Ten Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (10,500.00) only,
non-refundable fee via LASU International School UBA
Bank Account: 1010295541.

 

 

 

3. COLLECTION OF FORM:

Application forms are obtainable from the School’s Admin Office.

 

4. PROCEDURE FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATION
FORM:

 

 

The forms should be carefully completed ofline, preferably with BLACKINK, fully supplying all the data
required.

 

 

5. SUBMISSION OF FORM:

The completed forms should be submitted at the School, to the Head of Administration, LASU

6. QUALIFYING EXAMINATION:

Qualifying Examination are scheduled to hold on the following dates: Saturday, 10th June 2023, Saturday, 15th July 2023 and Saturday, 19th August 2023 at the LASU International School Premises, LASU Main Campus, Ojo by 9.00am.

 

 

 

7. Please bring along the under-listed items to the Examination Centre:
i. HB pencil and eraser.
ii. Acknowledgement slip issued at the point of submission of the form.
