Despite being divorced and with the kids living with their mother in the US, Paul Okoye, an award-winning singer, is determined to acquire a larger house.

As the second half of Psquare, who purchased a house in Atlanta this year, he revealed his intentions to purchase a larger house in 2024.

He shared this on his Instagram page while wishing his millions of fans Merry Christmas. His girlfriend, Ivy Ifeoma, stated that the reason for wanting a bigger house is due to the lessons he learned in 2023. However, he did not elaborate on the nature of the lesson he learned.

“Merry Christmas y’all, after the lesson them teach me for 2023…… getting a bigger house in 2024,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, his twin brother, Peter Okoye, responded to his new house by disclosing his own plans to acquire a new home, but in London.

In a veiled reference, Peter Okoye hinted that he and his brother were being taught a significant lesson after the election.

Paul’s decision to acquire a new house may appear extravagant to some, considering he lives with his girlfriend, Ivy Ifeoma, in a mansion he once shared with his ex-wife.

Recall that Anita filed for divorce in 2021, citing reasons such as cheating, separation, being an absentee father, fraud, and difficult experiences.

A year after filing, an Abuja High Court granted Anita and Paul Okoye a divorce.

Anita emerged victorious, securing a monthly settlement of $20,000 and ownership of some of her husband’s mansions.

Paul has since moved on from the divorce and is currently in a relationship with model Ifeoma Okoye.

Speaking about his new romance, Paul revealed that he had been single for 4 years and was divorced when he met his girlfriend.

In response to those questioning if he would marry Ifeoma, Paul suggested waiting for their IVPs and expressed respect for all the trolls despite their mean comments.

In a recent post, Rudeboy sparked reactions online with a cryptic message.

In his Instagram story, the singer shared a photo of a man with his daughter, depicting bruises and arrows at his back. Although he did not add any caption or explanation to the post, it could imply that he is facing a tough time for his children’s sake.

Logos Olori, a signee of DMW, asserted that he penned the lyrics to the Grammy-nominated track ‘Unavailable’ by his record label chief Davido, which features Musa Keys.

He expressed that he was the mastermind behind the track, with his colleague Peruzzi contributing to the verse.

In a recent interview with Cool FM in Lagos, the singer revealed this information.

According to Logos Olori: “We created ‘Unavailable’ which got a Grammy nod. The collaborative effort happened in Ajah involving myself, Magicsticks, and Ragee. It was even Rihanna’s favorite song in 2023.”

He further elaborated: “I crafted the song, while Peruzzi was responsible for the verse. Following the initial creation, Davido requested a change in the verse, prompting Peruzzi to step in. However, the core idea of the song was mine. We made some adjustments; that’s when Musa Keys and Peruzzi got involved.”
