Actor Itele overjoyed as his daughter, Kemity, announces engagement

Renowned Nollywood actor, Ibrahim Yekini, popularly known as Itele, has expressed his excitement over the news of his daughter, Oluwakemisola Ariyo Apesin, also known as Kemity, getting engaged.

Just a few minutes ago, NewsNow reported on the Yoruba star’s daughter, Kemity, sharing a video on her Instagram, proudly flaunting her engagement ring and announcing her upcoming nuptials. She happily disclosed that she has accepted her partner’s proposal and promised to share more details about the engagement soon.

Celebrities like Funke Akindele, Biola Bayo, Omowunmi Ajiboye, Yetunde Barnabas, Afeez Owo, and Bukola Adeeyo joined in celebrating the joyful occasion on Kemity’s Instagram page.

Itele took to his own Instagram page to share in the excitement, calling his daughter’s engagement a beautiful and fulfilling piece of news, marking a delightful end to the year for him. He conveyed his joy and congratulated his daughter on this significant milestone.

Itele congratulates Kemity on engagement

Earlier, Itele had received an outpouring of congratulatory messages when he acquired a new car to reward himself for his hard work. His colleague, Olayinka Solomon, shared the news along with photos of his new car.

In a separate development, Itele expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming response from Nigerians to Femi Adebayo’s impactful movie, Jagun Jagun. He shared his humility at the recognition of his exceptional talent by critics and hinted at his upcoming project, Kesari.

Logos Olori, a signee of DMW, asserted that he penned the lyrics to the Grammy-nominated track ‘Unavailable’ by his record label chief Davido, which features Musa Keys.

He expressed that he was the mastermind behind the track, with his colleague Peruzzi contributing to the verse.

In a recent interview with Cool FM in Lagos, the singer revealed this information.

According to Logos Olori: “We created ‘Unavailable’ which got a Grammy nod. The collaborative effort happened in Ajah involving myself, Magicsticks, and Ragee. It was even Rihanna’s favorite song in 2023.”

He further elaborated: “I crafted the song, while Peruzzi was responsible for the verse. Following the initial creation, Davido requested a change in the verse, prompting Peruzzi to step in.
