As Iyabo celebrated her 46th birthday on Thursday, Kiki took to his Instagram page to pay a heartfelt tribute to her, revealing that she was responsible for giving him his first acting opportunity.
He expressed deep gratitude to her, acknowledging her as a remarkable woman and mentor. Kiki expressed how fortunate he felt to have crossed paths with her and showered her with blessings.

Aside from Kiki Bakare, several other celebrities have also benefitted from Iyabo Ojo’s generosity over the years.
In a recent interview, Funke Akindele recounted how her colleagues, Iyabo Ojo and Sikiratu Sindodo, supported her during her early career days and helped elevate her in the industry.
Funke revealed that due to her physical appearance, which many considered ‘ugly’, she faced prejudice and was only offered minor roles. This took a toll on her, but Iyabo and Sikiratu stood up for her.
Another junior colleague, Kiitan Bukola, expressed gratitude to Iyabo for her love and support during a challenging period when her Lekki property was demolished.

In a recent heartwarming gesture, Iyabo surprised Mercy Aigbe with a generous financial contribution to support her new movie, Ada Omo Daddy. Despite being out of the country, Iyabo also gave Mercy free tickets to distribute to her fans.
Mercy Aigbe was left speechless and deeply moved by the heartfelt gesture, inviting Iyabo to return to the country and meet with her fans, while expressing her gratitude for the outstanding support.

The murder of the renowned South African rapper, Kiernan Forbes, popularly known as AKA, has led to the arrest of six suspects.
According to reports from NewsNow, AKA and his close friend were fatally shot outside a restaurant in the coastal city of Durban in February 2023.
Tragically, AKA and his companion, Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motshoane, fell victim to armed assailants as they were heading towards their vehicle.
During a recent press briefing, the KwaZulu-Natal provincial police commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, disclosed that the apprehended suspects are set to appear in court on Thursday.
In a widely circulated online video, Lieutenant-General Mkhwanazi provided insights into the arrests and the roles each suspect played in the rapper’s untimely death.
He emphasized, “It became evident that AKA was under surveillance from the airport and Tibz was not the primary target in the fatal shooting on Florida Road in Durban.
“We are aware that they were financially motivated for this act,” he added.

Logos Olori, a signee of DMW, asserted that he penned the lyrics to the Grammy-nominated track ‘Unavailable’ by his record label chief Davido, which features Musa Keys.
He expressed that he was the mastermind behind the track, with his colleague Peruzzi contributing to the verse.
In a recent interview with Cool FM in Lagos, the singer revealed this information.
According to Logos Olori: “We created ‘Unavailable’ which got a Grammy nod. The collaborative effort happened in Ajah involving myself, Magicsticks, and Ragee. It was even Rihanna’s favorite song in 2023.”
He further elaborated: “I crafted the song, while Peruzzi was responsible for the verse. Following the initial creation, Davido requested a change in the verse, prompting Peruzzi to step in. However, the core idea of the song was mine. We made some adjustments; that’s when Musa Keys and Peruzzi got involved.”
