LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY NOTICE ON CLOSURE OF ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION PORTAL AND ENFORCEMENT OF LATE REGISTRATION

The University Management has earlier released, following the approval of Senate, an official bulletin directing all the Full-Time undergraduate students to complete both payment of school fees and online courses registration on or before Friday, 30th June 2023.


Students should endeavour to PRINT their COURSE FORM/EXAMINATION SLIP immediately after registration and make use of COURSE OPERATIONS to effect necessary correction(s) before the date of final closure of the portal.

LASU update on closure of online course registration portal and enforcement of late registration

With the above directive of the University Management, the students are to be further informed that COURSE OPERATIONS (i.e ADD and DELETE) shall be activated on Monday 26th June, 2023 and to end on Friday 30th June, 2023. 

Finally, the LATE REGISTRATION shall commence, in accordance with the Senate Approved Academic Calendar for the 2022/2023 academic session, with the PAYMENT OF LATE REGISTRATION FEE of ₦5000, as from Monday, 3rd July to Friday, 14th July 2023 (2 weeks period); while the Examination Dockets will be produced as from Monday, 17th July to Thursday, 20th July 2023; and will be delivered at Faculties on Friday 21st July, 2023 in readiness for the commencement of the First Semester examinations of the 2022/2023 academic session on Monday, 24th July 2023.

The following categories of students shall be required to pay the late registration fee as from Monday, 3rd July 2023.

i. All students that have paid school fees but failed to register online on or before midnight of Friday, 30th June 2023. Students in this category shall pay the late registration fee before they could be allowed to register.

ii. All students that have not paid their school fees till midnight of Friday, 30th June 2023. Students in this category shall pay both their school fees and late registration fees before they could be allowed to register.

The entire students’ populace are, therefore, enjoined to pay and register appropriately as stated above to avoid non issuance of DOCKET, which is a prerequisite for participation in the first semester examinations of the 2022/2023 academic session.
