This is to inform the general public that the admission form into the College for the 2023/2024 academic session is now available online.

 

 

 

 

 

Application forms are to be filled online. Payment will be made on the portal via ATM cards.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into various programmes of the College which commences on Monday, 6th February 2023. Students that are awaiting their results or that will write the 2022 SSCE/NECO can apply.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Prospective candidates must have completed the National Diploma (ND) programme in a relevant area with at least a lower credit pass at the final examinations.

  1. Five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry
  2. Evidence of completion of one-year industrial training (IT) from a recognised institution

DURATION
Four (4) semesters i.e two (2) academic sessions including practical attachment

Certified Pharmacy Technician

The Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN) has approved a refresher course programme for Pharmacy Technicians who graduated before 2017 from any PCN accredited College of Health Technology in Nigeria to obtain Certified Pharmacy Technician Certificate that is required to gain admission by DIRECT ENTRY into a faculty of pharmacy/pharmaceutical sciences in any Nigerian University offering it.

REMEDIAL STUDIES
This is intended to make up for O’level deficiencies.

Applications are invited from suitable candidates into remedial studies of the college, it is aimed at preparing candidates for automatic admission into any courses of study into the college.

Admission into the College of Health Technology Offa is automatic provided a remedial programme as follows:

  1. Obtained a minimum of 2.0 CGP from O’level subjects undertaken at the college
  2. Remedied all necessary O’level deficiencies

All successful candidates will be placed into courses of their choice.

DURATION: 6 months
