  • JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKER (ICHEW) CERTIFICATE – DURATION: TWO (2) YEARS

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Adamawa State College of Health Technology, Michika admission, 2023/2024

All Diploma/National Diploma/Higher National Diploma Programme(s) is five (5) credit passes in Basic Science Subjects in NECO, WAEC, GCE, in not more than two sittings.

All Certificate Course(s) is Four (4) passes which must include English Language and Mathematics plus two Science Subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Health Science) and two passes in any other two Subjects in NECO, WAEC, GCE, GRADE II or NABTEB in not more than two (2) sittings.

NB: Holders of Environmental Health Assistant (EHA), Junior Community Health Extension Worker (ICHEW), Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA), Certificate in Health Education (CHE/STIPC) and Pharmacy Assistant Certificate (PAC) who have basic requirements for Diploma and One Year Post Qualification Experience can be admitted into 200 level of the CHEW, MLT, DHPE and PHT

The online application for 2024/2025 Academic Session will commence from 1st February, 2024 to 31st April, 2024 through the College portal http://ascoht.admissions.cloud and follow the process below:

1. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

  • Click on new application
  • Enter your full name and valid phone number which will be used for subsequent communication with you.

2. LOGIN

  • Use your phone number as your username and password to login

3. PAYMENT

  • Generate RRR and make the payment of (N6,500.00) in any bank of your choice but preferably Zenith Bank or Union Bank.

4. CHOICE OF PROGRAMME

  • After payment you login and select the choice of your programme from the list available.

5. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • You are expected to enter not more than two sittings of O’level results in addition to, direct entry applicants are expected to enter the certificate obtained and the institution attended with date.

6. UPLOADING YOUR PASSPORT

  • You are required to upload your recent passport photograph with JPEG format.

7. SUBMIT APPLICATION

  • Click on “submit” after filling all the necessary information.

8. PRINTING OF APPLICATION FORM

  • The serial number on your form is your application ID as well as your username for login
