This is to inform the University Community and the general public that online sale of Part-Time Diploma Application Forms for 2022/2023 Academic Session commences on Monday 13 March, 2023. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the under listed programs for 2022/2023 academic session. a) Philosophy of the Diploma Programs:

The Diploma courses are two-year intensive programs that are designed to produce intermediate/middle level technical and administrative manpower with sound, theoretical and practical knowledge who can effectively perform a range of various functions in both private and public sectors. In addition, it will also prepare the candidates for higher studies.

b) Cost: The cost of each application form is FOUR Thousand Naira (N4,000) only(Non-refundable)

c) Operational set up of the Programs:

Lectures/Contacts and practical exercises shall be conducted on Friday (evening) and Saturday (throughout the day) every week throughout a semester.

d) Admission Requirements

Candidates for admission into the Diploma programs should possess four (4) relevant Credits in Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) preferably with English Language and Mathematics;

e) Mode of Application

i. Visit https://www.dhrd-gsu-edu.com/adm/

ii. Click to select whether you are applying for Part-Time Degree (Level 100), Part-Time Direct Entry (Level 200) or Diploma.

iii. Enter Full Name of Applicant and E-mail Address and Click ‘Pay Application Fees

iv. Make payment of Four Thousand Naira (N4,000) only via card, Bank transfer or USSD

v. After payment is confirmed click ‘Proceed to Form and fill the online application form

vi. Check and confirm that all data entered are correct and click ‘Post Application’ vii. Click ‘Generate form’ Print the PDF file generated and attach photocopies of all relevant credentials

viii. Submit to the Directorate of Human Resources Development’s office of the university and obtain acknowledgement.

ix. All completed forms should be submitted to the Office of the Director on or before Friday 28th April, 2023.

The SystemSpecs Children’s Day Essay Competition (CDEC) is an annual event aimed at fostering innovative thinking among primary and secondary school students in Nigeria. It provides a platform for young minds to propose technological solutions to national challenges.

Purpose:

SystemSpecs Children’s Day Essay Competition (CDEC), 2024

Topic:
The theme for the 2024 competition is “Protecting the Nigerian Child from the Dangers of Online Technology.” Participants are tasked with exploring strategies to safeguard children in an increasingly digital world.

Eligibility:
– Open to primary and secondary school students in Nigeria aged 9 to 16.
