Fossil Movie (فیلم سینمایی فسیل) is about Ismail, Saeed and Safa, who are members of the Black Dogs band, strive for fame and success. Ismail (with the singing name of Esi) wants to perform in front of Mohammad Reza Shah, but Safa is left-leaning, tries to gain popularity among people by writing protest songs, but ends up in prison. Essi was supposed to sing for the king, but he falls into a coma during an accident and regains consciousness 10 years later. He realizes that there has been a revolution and that the Islamic Republic has come to power instead of Pahlavi. He also finds out that his fiance Feringis is married, Saeed has become a member of the committee and Safa has joined the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran. He is now accused of information.
