General Entry Requirements

For each of the underlisted programmes, the followings are the general entry requirments
1. Higher National Diploma (HND) in Co-operative Economics & Management (Full Time & Part Time)

National Diploma in Co-operative Economics & Management, Accounting, Marketing, Business Studies, Insurance, Purchasing & Supply and other related programmes with a minimum of Lower Credit level pass from accredited institution.
One year post ND cognate IT work experience and two years post ND cognate work experience for students with pass grade.
O’Level requirements of 5 credits passes at one sitting or at two sittings.

2. Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science (Full Time)

National Diploma in Computer Science and other related programmes with a minimum of Lower Credit level pass from accredited institution.
One year post ND cognate IT work experience and two years post ND cognate work experience for students with pass grade.
O’Level requirements of 5 credits passes at one sitting or at two sittings.

3. Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration & Management (Full Time)

National Diploma in Business Administration & Management, Co-operative Economics & Management, Accounting, Marketing, Business Studies, Insurance, Purchasing & Supply and other related programmes with a minimum of Lower Credit level pass from accredited institution.
One year post ND cognate IT work experience and two years post ND cognate work experience for students with pass grade.
O’Level requirements of 5 credits passes at one sitting or at two sittings.

4. Higher National Diploma (ND) in Banking & Finance (Full Time & Part Time)

5. National Diploma (ND) in Co-operative Economics & Management (Full Time & Part Time)

WASSCE/SSCE/GCE O’Level with 5 credits at not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics and any other 3 subjects from: Economics, Geography, History/Government, Commerce, Account, Agricultural Science/Biology, Civic Education etc.
Note:Applicant must have written the 2022 UTME

6. National Diploma (ND) in Banking & Finance (Full Time & Part Time)

7. National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration & Managament (Full Time & Part Time)

12. Diploma (DCS) in Co-operative Studies (Full Time Only)

Graduates of other disciplines and seasoned co-operative officers are eligible to apply

METHOD OF APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

Candidates should not register for programmes for which they do not have the requirements. The admission of the Federal Co-operative College, Ibadan is provisional; ANYTIME it is discovered that a candidate registered for a programme for which he/she is not qualified or a candidate is in violation of any of the procedures and rules thereof, the admission would be withdrawn.
