Qualifications: Dr. Baba holds a Ph.D in Educational Psychology from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and has furthered his expertise with certificates in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Global Mental Health, and Policy and Advocacy in Global Health from the renowned University of Washington, USA. His educational journey also includes advanced diplomas in Computer Maintenance, Repairs and networking, demonstrating his commitment to interdisciplinary knowledge.

Professional Membership: Dr. Baba is an active member of prestigious professional societies, including the Nigerian Council of Educational Psychologists (NCEP), the Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON), and the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
